Customer Service Representative Job Responsibilities:

  • Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and service
  • Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face
  • Process orders, forms, applications and requests
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, handle and resolve customer complaints
  • Communicate and coordinate with the internal TOG department.

Design Engineer

  • Research, Develop, and Test new product innovations in the Archery and Outdoor Category.
  • Generates Engineering Drawings and Specifications to manufacture premium outdoor equipment
  • Develop, Test, and Validate designs and concepts, including preparing new products for delivery to manufacturing.
  • Plans, organizes, and executes conceptual and detail design work to support new product introductions, or adjustments to existing product lines.
  • Utilizes a creative development process to conceptualize new ideas
  • Develops products to the highest standard of performance, cost effectiveness, and manufacturability.
  • Generates Design documentation, prints, Bill of Materials for release to manufacturing.
  • Manages time and resources effectively, including completing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to clearly communicate technical information to a Non-technical group
  • Manages projects, tracks status, resolves issues, and delivers products that achieve or exceed project requirements for performance, budget, and time.
  • Prepares technical documents (test reports, specifications)
  • Evaluates and approves design changes, specifications and drawing releases.
  • Develops validation plan for new products and completes testing on prototypes and production parts.
  • Review product design for compliance with engineering principles, company standards and customer contract requirements, and related specifications.
  • Coordinate activities concerned with technical developments, scheduling and resolving engineering design and test problems.
  • Analyzes and validates designs using FEA software.

CNC Programmer

Job opening for a CNC Vertical Programmer who is energized to find solutions, always looking for the positive, and a dedicated team player.

The Outdoor Group offers medical, vision, dental, PTO, 401k, and holiday pay.

We are an OEM and vertically integrated premium archery manufacturer.

Experience/Education

• Required 5+ years plus experience programming with primary experience in Vertical programming

• Required 5+years G&M coding

• At least 5+ years Mastercam/Solidwork experience

• High School/GED required

• 1-2 years tradeschool, MCC program or Wemoco a plus

• NY Apprenticeship/Journeyman papers a plus

• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

• Set –up and operate CNC controlled manufacturing equipment for program validation and troubleshooting

• Train personnel on machine setup, machine operation, and machine repair for CNC department machinery

• Monitor and improve cycle time and process capability on all CNC machines

• Perform machine setups when department is behind or when setup person is absent

• Setup and prove out new processes and more complex piece parts

• Troubleshoot and repair machinery

Hours

Monday - Friday and weekends as necessary
